Exchanges and Returns for Lake and Ellie Flower Girl Dresses:
Due to the made to order nature for each dress, we can't offer returns and exchange at this time. If you have any questions please email us prior to purchase.
Refunds for Lake and Ellie Flower Girl Dresses:
Once an order is placed we do not typically offer cancellations or refunds.
However an order is cancelled within 7 days of the order being placed there will be a $20 fee deducted from the refund. After 7 days we cannot offer refunds for Lake and Ellie Flower Girl Dresses.
Returns for Lake and Ellie Boutique
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Returning an item is simple! Please include the original invoice in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice send us an email at lakeandellie@gmail.com. Then take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage and send the package to

*All items must be unwashed, unworn and incude all original tags
*Gift cards
*Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
*All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns or a refund
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt and payment is refunded back to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non refundable.
